The Flow Instances page provides a comprehensive view of all running and completed flow executions within your GridStudio environment. It allows you to monitor detailed information about each flow instance, helping you track progress, diagnose issues, and analyze usage patterns.
Key Information Displayed
Column | Description |

User | The user who triggered or is associated with the flow. |
Flow | The name of the flow being executed. |
Connector | The channel or integration used to run the flow (e.g., WhatsApp, API). |
Is Bot? | Indicates if the flow was triggered by a bot interaction. |
Status | Current status of the flow instance (e.g., Terminated, Done, New Message Awaited). |
Created At | Timestamp when the flow instance was started. |
Updated At | Timestamp of the most recent update or action in the flow instance. |
